Irish Apple Coddle
Ingredients
  • 2 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 apples, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion
  • Uncooked bratwurst cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions
  1. Boil water and cook potatoes
  2. Cook bacon in large skillet, remove bacon to dry
  3. Cook onion, apples, and sausage in the bacon grease
  4. Add the potatoes and crumbled bacon
