Irish Apple Coddle
Description
Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 apples, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion
- Uncooked bratwurst cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions
- Boil water and cook potatoes
- Cook bacon in large skillet, remove bacon to dry
- Cook onion, apples, and sausage in the bacon grease
- Add the potatoes and crumbled bacon
