Korean Beef (Bulgogi)
Ingredients
  • 1 pound flank or strip steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Marinate for an hour or overnight
  2. Cook on grill or in pan for 1-2 minutes per side
