Korean Beef (Bulgogi)
Description
Ingredients
- 1 pound flank or strip steak, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Marinate for an hour or overnight
- Cook on grill or in pan for 1-2 minutes per side
