Spicy Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
  • 12 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika for dusting tops of eggs
Directions
  1. Peel the eggs carefully. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yokes.
  2. Mix the yolks, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt and pepper. Mash together the mixture until smooth
  3. Put the egg mixture into a ziplock bag and cut off the corner. Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle eggs with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
