Simple Chicken with Herbs
Description
Ingredients
- Any cut and quantity of chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
Directions
- Liberally salt and pepper both sides of chicken
- Sprinkle some of the seasonings on each side of the chicken
- Pan fry: Heat olive oil in frying pan. Cook chicken over medium-high heat until chicken is done
- Oven: Heat oven to 400 °C, bake chicken for ~25 min till cooked through (may need more time for thicker breasts or less for thin cuts)
