Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (or chips)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
Directions
  1. Chop chocolate. Combine chocolate and cream in sauce pan over low heat. Stir constantly until melted.
  2. Pour in bowl. Press plastic wrap directly on chocolate. Refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
  3. Roll into 1” balls. Roll in chocolate powder and/or nuts
  4. Adding flavors: 1 tbs for liqueurs, ½ tsp for extracts
