Chocolate Truffles
Description
Ingredients
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (or chips)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
Directions
- Chop chocolate. Combine chocolate and cream in sauce pan over low heat. Stir constantly until melted.
- Pour in bowl. Press plastic wrap directly on chocolate. Refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
- Roll into 1” balls. Roll in chocolate powder and/or nuts
- Adding flavors: 1 tbs for liqueurs, ½ tsp for extracts
