Roasted Okra

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen okra
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Run okra under water to remove ice. Pat dry.
- Toss with olive oil to coat okra and spread on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Roast for ~15 minutes (depending on desired level of crispyness) until okra begins to brown and crisp
