Roasted Okra
Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen okra
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Run okra under water to remove ice. Pat dry.
  3. Toss with olive oil to coat okra and spread on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Roast for ~15 minutes (depending on desired level of crispyness) until okra begins to brown and crisp
