Ingredients
- Yams, whole, washed well, poke with a fork
- Oil
- Salt
- butter or toppings optional
Directions
- Microwave + Air Fryer:
- microwave for 5 minutes
- spray or rub with oil and salt
- air fry for 20min at 325 (or 10-12min at 375-400)
- Oven
- set in foil lined pan
- bake at 325 F for 2 hours
