Instant Pot Spaghetti
Ingredients
  • 1.5-2lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Italian seasoning
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp msg (optional)
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 24 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 24 oz water
  • 14.5 oz tomatoes, canned
Directions
  1. Brown ground beef and onion, add garlic sauté until meat browned. Italian seasoning, salt , msg
  2. add 1lb spaghetti broken in half and cross crossed
  3. 24oz spaghetti sauce, 24oz water, 14.5oz tomatoes canned
  4. Add and smash spaghetti down until covered
  5. High pressure cook for 7-8min then instant release pressure
  6. Stir to combine let cool slightly then serve
