Crown Lamb Roast
Ingredients
  • 2 racks of lamb
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cooked rice or stuffing
Directions
  1. Oven at 200
  2. Salt and pepper the lamb crown inside and out
  3. Cook at 200 until lamb hits 115F
  4. Change oven to high broil or 500F and continue cooking lamb (with bone tips covered in foil) until lamb hits 125-130F then remove to rest
  5. Fill with stuffing or rice to serve if desired
