Crown Lamb Roast
Description
Ingredients
- 2 racks of lamb
- salt
- pepper
- cooked rice or stuffing
Directions
- Oven at 200
- Salt and pepper the lamb crown inside and out
- Cook at 200 until lamb hits 115F
- Change oven to high broil or 500F and continue cooking lamb (with bone tips covered in foil) until lamb hits 125-130F then remove to rest
- Fill with stuffing or rice to serve if desired
