Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper
- ~1/2 cup cheese
- add ins (sausage, bacon, peppers, vegetables, etc.)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease or line 12 muffin cup tin.
- Spoon add-ins and cheese into muffin cups.
- Beat eggs together with salt and pepper in a large bowl and then pour over the add-ins into the muffin cups.
- Bake until eggs set 20-25 minutes.
