Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • ~1/2 cup cheese
  • add ins (sausage, bacon, peppers, vegetables, etc.)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease or line 12 muffin cup tin.
  2. Spoon add-ins and cheese into muffin cups.
  3. Beat eggs together with salt and pepper in a large bowl and then pour over the add-ins into the muffin cups.
  4. Bake until eggs set 20-25 minutes.
