Snakebite Pizza
Description
This is a popular pizza from a foodtruck in Tucson, AZ. It is incredibly unhealthy, but oh so delicious. We tried to re-create it ourselves. We tried smearing the cream cheese as a spread after heating it a little bit and also tried just putting chunks on the pizza, both worked well.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Raspberry chipotle jam (we pureed half a jar of raspberry jam with a chipotle pepper, slowly adding them to get the taste we wanted)
- Jalapeno peppers
- Cream cheese
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
- Spread raspberry chipotle jam and cream cheese over the dough
- Add jalapenos and bacon crumbles
- Cook according to dough instructions
