These were a ton of fun to make and my daughter has had fun playing with them.
I epoxied magnets into those plastic capsule things you get in gumball type dispensers with toys in them amazon.com/dp/B07M5W7T9X . I put magnets at the top and bottom so that the ice cream scoops could stack. I epoxied 3 neodymium magnets to the lid and 3 to the bottom and then shoved some paper towel inside to apply pressure and spacing so they would be less likely to break off. I then epoxied the plastic capsules shut for safety before sewing them inside the cones and scoops. We play with them supervised.
