I saw this pattern: https://ravel.me/stacking-toy and thought it was very cute!

I modified it for the green shirt bear and then just made up the girl bear outfit. I embroidered eyes on since they were for a baby. They ended up quite large since I used a larger hook and yarn than the original pattern
